Q: What makes RECCI mattress different?

A: Its look. Just kidding. RECCI mattress is so much more than just a pretty face, after hundreds of tests and improvement, we finally find the best combination of an ideal mattress for all sleepers. The first layer of Red Respira foam offers you a unique feeling of body-contouring memory foam feel and responsive and supportive latex foam feel. The second layer serves as a cooling and ventilated layer to help with the body heat dissipation. The third layer offers the solid and durable base. What not add more layers? Cause there is no need for extra. Top with our skin-friendly and deformation resistant cover, you’re good to sleep. All of these adding with an unbeatable price and highly-praised customer service, you just couldn't go wrong.

Q: Is Red Respira® foam a type of memory foam?

A: Yes. Redd Respira® foam is a new type of memory foam, it retains the original benefit of memory foam, which is body-contouring and pressure-relieving, but has tackled some unpleasant problems that memory foam may have, it's more breathable and easier to turn over.

Q: What's the actual size of RECCI Mattress?

A: For Twin XL size, it ’s 38 ”W x 80” L x 10 ”H.
For Queen size, it ’s 60 ”W x 80” L x 10 ”H.

Q: Do RECCI mattress has other sizes available?

A: For now, RECCI only offers Twin XL and Queen size mattress as these are the most popular bed sizes in the U.S. and not to mention that two Twin XL can serve as a Split-King mattress. We are also planning to offer more size options so we could bring better sleep to more and more people. Stay tuned.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will I get my RECCI mattress? Can’t wait to try it.

A: Usually it takes 3-5 days for our customers in the U.S. to get their products. We work closely with UPS and Fedex, and will send you the tracking ID of your order within 1 working day.

Q: Where is my parcel? How can I track it?

A: We will send you the courier information and tracking ID within 48 hours. You can then track your parcel via official express website.

Q: How is RECCI mattress delivered?

A: Your RECCI mattress will be delivered to your doorstep in a box. It's vacuum packed so you can easily move it to wherever you need. Just a simple set-up, you can start to enjoy the best sleep of your life. Easy piece!

Q: What's the shipping size and weight of RECCI mattress?

A: The shipping size and weight of RECCI mattress is as below:
Twin XL, shipping size is 16.6" W x 16.6" L x 40.2" H, shipping weight is 48.1 lb;
Queen, shipping size is 18.2" W x 18.2" L x 42.2" H, shipping weight is 73.9 lb.

A: You can find everything you need at our 100-Night Worry Free Trial guide. If our mattress didn't help you sleep better, you won't need to pay a dime for it. That's our promise.

Q: The mattress is vacuum packed. If I have to return it, do I need to stuff it back in the box?

A: Don't worry. You won't be struggling to stuff the mattress back in the small box it came in, we won't give you that nonsense. If the mattress has been out of the box, please contact our customer service team at reccibedding@gmail.com so we could arrange a better solution for you.

Q: How does the 10-Year warranty work for me?

A: All RECCI mattress come with a 10 years warranty for quality related issues. You can find the detailed warranty information on our Warranty guide.

Q: How can I make use of my 10-Year warranty?

A: If a quality issue occurred with in 10 years, please feel free to contact our customer service team at reccibedding@gmail.com with a detailed description of the quality issues, photos are always welcomed so we could pin point the issues more efficiently and then we can address your concerns as soon as possible so that you can go back to your sweet dreams.
